• Min. GPA: 2,75
• Max. 26 years old (FL), max. 28 years old (CRO, AAO, AHLSO), max. 32 years old (AO, HLSO)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills when dealing with customers
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Demontrating high standard of customer care all times
• Min. 2 years experience in commercial and small medium enterprise loan business (AO), or home loan business (HLSO)
• Marketing experience preffered (CRO)
• Entrepreneurial character, capable of developing & executing an effective sales strategy (CRO, HSLO, AHLSO)
• Good analitical skill (AO, AAO, HLSO, AHLSO)
• Have a good network of people (CRO, AO, AAO, HLSO, AHLSO)
• Pleasant personality and appereance (FL)
